Barista Courses FAQ’s

Which Barista Course should I take?
For anyone taking the course to start their barista career, we recommend the Deep Dive or Work Ready barista course.
 
If you are seeking a course for your own interest / passion / hobby, we recommend the Best Start or Deep Dive barista course.
 
We also run Home Barista Workshops, usually once a month, though these are more surface-level basics and you have the chance to BYO machine to debug any issues you may have.
 
I'm unavailable for the times shown, can you do a different day/time?
If the advertised course dates don’t work for you, contact our team HERE and we may be able to arrange a different time that works.
How many people are in each class?
For the ‘Best Start’, ‘Deep Dive’ and ‘Work Ready’ Barista Courses, we have only 2 students per tutor.

Our workshops are usually between 4-5 people depending on workshop.

Do you connect students with employers?
YES! For students taking the ‘Work Ready’ Barista Course, we are happy to make introductions with employers, and facilitate work experience/ placements where appropriate.
I've done a barista course/ have worked as a barista before but I'm struggling to find work - can you help?
We provide additional training to our students who may have completed other barista courses or have even worked as a barista previously, but are out of practice and might be struggling to find work. Our Barista Courses helps you advance to the next level by enhancing your existing skills and techniques, enabling you to distinguish yourself in the highly competitive coffee industry. 

We don’t just teach you how to make great coffee, in our ‘Work Ready’ Barista Course we make sure you have the skills employers are looking for so you can land a barista job easily.
