The essentials course is a very intensive course that will teach you how to extract espresso, texture milk and pour drinks. We then go on to building all espresso drinks: cappuccinos, lattes and flat whites.

It’s everything you need and nothing you don’t on how to make coffee. You will learn all the do’s and don’ts without the fluff.

Most barista courses have classes jam-packed with people, so you never get a truly personalised learning experience. With my essentials course (and all of my other courses) I aim to create a personalised learning experience that will bring you great value. That’s why each intake for this course is limited to 2 people.

This course won’t just teach you how to make coffee, but why. Why you should learn the art, and how it can be beneficial for your life.

I’ve been making coffee for over 10 years now and I’ve been learning from all sorts of different people in the industry. I’ve trained with 8 different companies and they all give different opinions on how to make great coffee. But they are all consistent in that they say – their way is the best way.

This is a great way to get one on one time with an industry professional. You’ll have the opportunity to really focus on improving and maintaining your skills with a sharp eye watching to make sure you become the best you can be.

This session type has a max intake of 2 students. Create a fun evening for you and a friend as you both learn to pull espresso, texture milk and pour latte art.
